I use Berkey Filters because it is a water PURIFIER vs. a water filter. Water purifiers filter out Protozoa, Bacteria & VIRUS’. Water filters do NOT filter out virus’. Berkey purifiers also filter out heavy metals and pharmaceuticals and in an emergency you could put your POOL water in this system to get clean drinking water, WTF, how cool is that? The outdoorsy types bring their Berkey camping to have clean water on the trail!
