The CANIS Shift Wellness Packages

TIER ONE:

Time Commitment: Minimum 4 months*

This holistic approach to self-care involves a complete review and redesign of your diet and daily care routine. The commitment to sustainable practices transforms you, so a healthy way of living becomes the desired plan versus a diet or regime that feels imposed. 

This plan is split up into 4 parts:

  • Physical: Improve liver, nervous system, brain and gut health

  • Mental: Transform lethargy, lack of motivation and cultivate joy

  • Emotional: modulate emotions with healthy coping mechanisms

  • Spiritual: surrender to the process of cellular change with mindfulness techniques

We shift the foods you eat by introducing bite-size iterative changes until what you want in your life is the same thing as what makes you feel good—a healthy lifestyle no longer feels like it deprives you of what you want. This program does not subscribe to one health modality but instead works with your likes and dislikes to create a program that best suits you. When you’re ready to feel good and make the commitment necessary, The CANIS Shift will positively and permanently affect the way you live and the chemistry of your body and mind.

  • 90-minute initial consultation

    • A deep dive into your gut health, environmental triggers, diet, and overall health history. Together, we sift through the root causes of dis-ease.

  • Bi-monthly nutrition check-ins over Zoom conferencing (50-minutes)

  • Unlimited e-mail communication

  • Easily implementable dietary changes (we specialize in helping people adopt nutrient dense, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory diets)

  • Access to 60+ Healthy recipes to support diet-related changes

  • How to eat outside the house, what to eat to feel emotionally and physically satisfied

  • Supplement recommendations to soothe & heal the nervous system

  • Stress reduction technique overview

  • Boundary setting and self-worth

  • Development of an emotional toolbox and healthy coping mechanisms

  • An exploration into limiting beliefs and blocks that are holding you back

  • Somatic Movement Exercises

  • Behavior modification tools designed to create sustainable change

*This time frame ensures that we have adequate time to introduce the lifestyle necessary to heal one's body and set life-long wellness habits in place.

tier Two:

This offering is designed to provide clients with a detailed plan to execute on their own timeframe. This is for someone who does not desire coaching, but instead wants a detailed wellness plan to follow on their own time. This is for the self-starter. It includes:

  • 90-minute initial consultation + 50-minute plan review + 60-90 day 50-minute follow up

    • A deep dive into your gut health, environmental triggers, diet, and overall health history. Together, we uncover the root of your health struggles.

  • Month-by-month implementations of specific diet, lifestyle, behavior modification and wellness tools to achieve optimized health.

  • This plan has the power to completely shift the state of your health when followed closely. It is my complete coaching package for the self-starter.
