      • Coffee is a great start to your morning...if you pair it with the right ingredients. Join Cami at the coffee bar to learn how adding a few plant-based ingredients can transform your coffee from a cup of joe to a brain-boosting, energizing ritual.

    2. Fitness Classes such as The CANIS Shift: All Levels Movement Class

      • Join Cami Wolff for an all-level sculpting class to move your body and shift your mind. This 45-minute class focuses on lengthening & strengthening your muscles and raising your heart rate to upbeat transformational music. To unwind, Cami will close the session with a sound bowl meditation that will leave you feeling cool, calm, and connected.

    3. Self-Care Workshops such as Energy Management:

      1. Combat burnout and stay energized throughout the day with this self-care workshop. This session focuses on tools to help you manage your energy throughout the day by honoring your body's natural systems. You'll learn tools to soothe your nervous system, what to eat to reduce stress throughout the day and when to do it, and how to plan your work throughout the day to support maximum productivity and consistent energy.
